My client is looking for the very best candidates in the industry to work within an exciting division of their business travel unit, covering all aspects of travel. Offering a varied day and evening shifts and a 4 on, 4 off working pattern, you will undertake the following as part of your job role. As a Business Travel Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Servicing a mixture of corporate clients using Amadeus CRS. * Taking enquiries via phone, fax or email * Arranging all international emergency travel & at times handling complex itineraries for business travel clients booking all flights, hotels, car hire and other ancillary products. * Utilising both net and published fares * Handling clients in extreme and emergency situations * Ticketing, re-issuing and revalidating of tickets Business Travel Consultant remuneration package: * Highly competitive salary * Generous holiday entitlement * Performance related bonus *On the job development and training * Discounted holidays & flights *Working within an extremely friendly team *Varied shift pattern Candidates will have a proven background in Business Travel and be fully proficient with CRS, ideally Amadeus but could cross train from Galileo or Sabre.
